Abstract:

The article has been devoted to the issues of social role of the fiscal policy under present-day economic systems. The need in rational combination of principles of social and economic efficiency of the fiscal policy has been grounded as well the new system of criteria for estimating its social efficiency has been suggested. Social priorities of the fiscal policy inUkrainehave been determined, as well as the possible mechanisms of their practical implementation have been considered.

Присвячена питанням соціальної ролі оподаткування в сучасних економічних системах. Обґрунтовано необхідність раціонального поєднання принципів соціальної та економічної ефективності податкової політики, запропоновано нову систему критеріїв оцінки її соціальної ефективності. Визначено соціальні пріоритети бюджетно-податкової політики в Україні та розглянуто можливі механізми їх практичної реалізації.
