Abstract:

Basic tendencies of the labor market functioning in the period of the Ukrainian economy transformation under influence of world economic crisis consequences have been researched. Key directions of reforming the employment system on principles of social partnership on the basis of rational combination of market mechanisms and state control over the labor market have been suggested. Preventive measures of the labor market regulation – in particular, the improved vocational guidance system with the purpose of building high-quality system of continuous professional education, which will assist in increasing the employment level in perspective view, have been emphasized

Досліджено основні тенденції функціонування ринку праці в період трансформації економіки України під впливом наслідків світової фінансово-економічної кризи. Запропоновано ключові напрями реформування системи зайнятості на принципах соціального партнерства на основі раціонального поєднання ринкових механізмів та державного регулювання ринку праці. Акцентовано увагу на превентивних заходах регулювання ринку праці – зокрема, удосконаленні системи профорієнтації з метою побудови якісної системи неперервної професійної освіти, яка сприятиме зростанню рівня зайнятості в перспективі
