Abstract:

Problems of performing the expenditures part of the state budget ofUkraineas well as the structure of expenses of the state budget by the economic classification, and dynamics of expenditures of consolidated and the state budgets ofUkrainein 2006-2009 have been researched. Problems of state investment policy and financing of capital expenditures have been determined. In-depth analysis of performing the expenditures plan of general fund of the state budget of Ukraine and expenditures of the state budget of Ukraine (including the general fund) by the functional classification has been carried out as well as reasons of their underfunding have been determined

Досліджено проблеми виконання видаткової частини державного бюджету України; структуру видатків Державного бюджету за економічною класифікацією; динаміку видатків зведеного та Державного бюджетів України у 2006-2009 рр. Визначено проблеми державної інвестиційної політики та фінансування капітальних видатків. Виконано глибокий аналіз виконання плану видатків загального фонду Державного бюджету України; видатків Державного бюджету України (у т.ч. загального фонду) за функціональною класифікацією, встановлено причини їх недофінансування
