Abstract:

Theoretical and methodological basics of accounting for financial expenditure, the possibility of their capitalization have been considered, requirements of the UAS 31 “Financial expenditures” concerning the classification of the corporate assets into qualification and non-qualification ones have been analyzed as well as their comparative analysis with the requirements of UAS 32 “Investment real estate” has been carried out.

Розглядаються теоретичні і методологічні основи обліку фінансових витрат, можливість їх капіталізації, аналізуються вимоги П(С)БО 31 “Фінансові витрати” відносно класифікації активів підприємства на кваліфікаційні та некваліфікаційні та проводиться їх порівняльний аналіз з вимогами П(С)БО 32 “Інвестиційна нерухомість”.
