Abstract:

The analysis of the information supply of the management of trading service quality is directed at the determination of thestructure and completeness of information, which is used for preparing grounded managerial decisions by the managementdepartment. The main directions of the information supply of trading service in organizations and enterprises of the system ofconsumer’s co-operation have been considered by the author.

Розглянуто основні напрями інформаційного забезпечення торговельного обслуговування в організаціях і на підприємствах системи споживчої кооперації.
