Abstract:

The differentiation of the notions “derivative financial instruments” and “derivative securities” has been made and as a result the plase of derivatives in national legislation has been determined. The basic aspects which must be included into the Law of Ukraine “On derivatives” have been disclosed as well as the addendums to the Accounting Principles (Standards) №13 “Financial instruments” aimed as the unifying methods of accounting transactions for derivatives have been suggested.

Здійснено розмежування понять “похідні фінансові інструменти” та “похідні цінні папери”, на основі чого визначено місце деривативів у вітчизняному законодавстві.Розкрито основні аспекти, що повинні міститися у Законі України “Про деривативи”, а також запропоновано внести доповнення до П(С)БО 13 “Фінансові інструменти” з метою уніфікації методик обліку операцій з деривативами.
