Abstract:

The author’s vision of categories “investment strategy” and “investment controlling ” has been formulated in the article as well as the burning problems on formation and realization of the investment activity’s strategy in Zhytomyr region, have been considered. The investment mechanism as an part of the region’s economy has been grounded, the basic strategic principles on the investment market have been outlined as well as recommendations towards the priority investment directions both on the regional and the state level have been presented.

Обґрунтовано нову методику визначення оцінки інвестиційної привабливості регіонів, запропоновано систему показників для обчислення їх рейтингу та детально розглянуто стратегії розвитку регіону.
