Abstract:

The author’s vision of categories “investment strategy” and “investment controlling ” has been formulated in the article as well as the burning problems on formation and realization of the investment activity’s strategy in Zhytomyr region, have been considered. The investment mechanism as an part of the region’s economy has been grounded, the basic strategic principles on the investment market have been outlined as well as recommendations towards the priority investment directions both on the regional and the state level have been presented.

Сформульовано авторське бачення категорій “інвестиційна стратегія” та “інвестиційний контролінг”, розглядаються актуальні питання по формуванню та реалізації стратегії інвестиційної діяльності в Житомирській області, обґрунтовано механізм інвестування як важливої складової економіки регіону, окреслено базові стратегічні принципи на інвестиційному ринку та викладено рекомендації щодо пріоритетних напрямків інвестування як на рівні регіону, так і на рівні держави.
