Abstract:

Demographic problems of labor force’s formation at the countryside, namely labor force’s formation at the countryside of Zhytomyr region have been studied. Recommendations on possible ways of demographic problems of labor force’s formation at the countryside solution have been worked out according to the results of the carried-out research.

Досліджено демографічні проблеми формування трудових ресурсів села, а саме формування трудових ресурсів в сільських місцевостях Житомирської області. За результатами проведених досліджень розроблено рекомендації щодо можливих шляхів вирішення демографічних проблем формування трудових ресурсів села.
