The intellectual potential of FEA business: nature and structure

Abstract: The paper built a number of categories of terms "intellectual capacity" and set the relationship between terms such as "intellectual resource", "intellectual capital" and "intellectual capacity". Based on the theoretical analysis singles out certain approaches to determining the nature category "intellectual capacity". A synthesis of current approaches to the understanding of the category of "intellectual capacity" of foreign trade enterprises and are refined definition of this category. Singled out the problem of intellectual potential of enterprise in foreign trade. Outlines the relationship between the intellectual potential of the company and its foreign economic activity. Based on what the essence of the intellectual potential of international business activity. The analysis of existing approaches to defining components of the intellectual potential of the company and offered his own intellectual potential structuring of international business activity, in which the author singles out the human and organizational part.
