Abstract: В статті запропоновано новий методичний підхід, щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності пасажирських перевезень за рахунок кільцювання рухомого складу, підвищення швидкості руху та скорочення терміну його обороту.The article proposes new methodological approach to improve the competitiveness of passenger transportation by the ringing of the rolling stock, increase the speed and reduce the time it turns.
