Abstract: Development of air transportation services significantly influences on steady development of tourism in Ukraine. The growth of competitiveness of domestic airlines plays a great role in this development. The competitiveness level of airlines can be fully analyzed according to such factors of competition as: market, consumer, economical, industrial and organizational factors.
