Systematic transformation of the Ukrainian economy and the ways of overcoming the crisis: institutional approach

Abstract: The article considers the ways of overcoming the economic crisis, proposes the institutional support of the economic reforms with the elements of effective governmental regulation. The author details the threatening tendencies of the shadow economy as a negative component of the economic security of Ukraine.
