Theoretical bases of forming of system of financial management of enterprise

Abstract: The system of financial management is considered. Basic functions and tasks of management the financial resources of enterprise are represented from positions of approach of the systems. Maintenance of concepts «system of financial management» and «mechanism of financial management» is exposed.
