Abstract: В статті на основі аналізу проблем управління суб’єктами господарювання доведена необхідність впровадження корпоративної системи логістичного управління та запропоновано концепцію її формування.In the article on the basis of analysis of problems of management by the subjects of menage the necessity of introduction of the corporate system of logistic management is led to and conception of its forming is offered.
