Abstract: Запропоновано методичні положення розробки стратегії УП за типом кадрової політики (КП) АТП. Обґрунтовано перелік часткових показників, за якими застосовуючи елементи теорії нечітких множин визначається тип КП за рівнем усвідомленості правил та норм в роботі з персоналом. Розроблено матрицю стратегій УП.Methodical positions of development of strategy of management a personnel are offered on the type of skilled policy of motor transport enterprise. Grounded list of partial indexes after which applying the elements of theory of unclear plurals the type of skilled policy is determined after the level of realized of rules and norms. The matrix of strategies of management a personnel is developed.
