Abstract:
In article questions of forming of strategy of upgrading management and organizational development are exposed. On the basis of complex analysis the vision is definite: philosophy and case frames, mission, corporate values, complex of strategic targets of the Ukrainian railways, vision of organizational culture development. Also basic aspects are definite of methodology change case frame and organizational culture, including changes in motivation and organizational structure.
