Abstract: In article the analysis of actions on perfection of work of a passenger complex on examples of progress of the advanced railroad companies of the world is lead. The assessment of a possibility of use of positive experience on domestic railways is given. Recommendations on progress of a passenger complex of the Southern railway are developed.
