Conceptual approaches to estimation quality management on rail-freight traffics

Abstract: In the article author decision is given quality of management, which is based not only on the paradigm of universal management of quality, but also on the paradigm of spiritual-moral management, and the same displays a sotsioсulturul specific of management. Also basic positions are definite of assessment quality management, which contain of principle new aspects of, in particular psychological case frame, and also display an industry specific.
