Abstract: Досліджено теоретичні аспекти мотивації як фактору підвищення продуктивності праці на підприємстві. Розглянута система організації мотивації робітників на підприємстві.The theoretical aspects motivation are investigational as a factor increase the labour productivity on an enterprise. The system organization motivation workers is considered on an enterprise.
