Abstract: У статті розроблено та обґрунтовано принципи мотивації персоналу виробничих структурних підрозділів щодо підвищення ефективності їх діяльності. Сформульовано понятійно–категоріальний апарат продуктивності, ефективності, та мотивації на залізничному транспорті. Надано конкретні рекомендації щодо формування фонду стимулювання ефективності діяльності структурних підрозділів залізничного транспорту.In the article there were developed and grounded the basic principles of the motivation the personnel of production structural subdivisions for the increasing the efficiency of their activity. There was also formulated the concept and categorical vehicle of productivity, efficiency and motivations on the railway transport. There were given concrete recommendations about forming the stimulation of efficiency of structural subsections of the railway transport.
