Abstract: В статті розглянуто підхід до визначення методологічних аспектів формування інформаційної аналітичної бази сценарного фінансового планування і прогнозування. У якості основи її формування виділено вимоги до кількості і якості інформації про зовнішнє і внутрішнє середовище, існуючи складності відбору і аналізу первинної інформації, а також використання доступних методів отримання і обробки даних.This article describes an approach to the definition of the methodological aspects of the formation of information analytical framework for scenario financial planning and forecasting. As the basis of its formation identified requirements for the quantity and quality of information about the external and internal environment of the planning object, the difficulties of the original information collection and analysis and the use of available methods of obtaining and processing the data.
