Abstract: The concept-category vehicle of providing of competitiveness enterprise is improved, concepts «competitiveness», «organizational potential», «administrative potential, are certain». Opening of maintenance of organizational and administrative potentials is conducted from point of static at opening of essence of component elements of potential of enterprise and their dynamic quality in the system of functioning of enterprise. Grounded, that providing of competitiveness enterprises of engineer is a complex difficult process, which needs account of features of functioning of industry, specific factors of influence, and also development of principles, methods and determination of instruments of management of competitiveness enterprise.
