Abstract: The problems of payment of labour are in-process examined in Ukraine, basic going near adjusting of the system of payment of labour in the developed countries, and also possibility of application of experience of the developed countries on the removal of the negativnikh phenomena in organization of payment of labour on domestic enterprises. Developed recommendation on application of mechanism of adjusting of payment of labour.
