Abstract: У статті досліджується питання сутності контролінгу та організації контролінгу на підприємстві, що сприяє забезпеченню життєдіяльності підприємства. Визначено функції контролінгу, принципи контролінгу, представлено елементи контролінгу та їх взаємодія.In article the question of essence of controlling and the controlling organization at the enterprise which promotes ensuring activity of the enterprise is investigated, controlling functions are defined, principles of controllin are presented elements of controlling and their interaction.
