Abstract: Creation of stock market of Ukraine, main phases of formation and necessity of state regulation on stock market are considered in the article. Analytical review of the securities market for the last few years is offered. Activity of Ukrainian banks and an investment process on stock market are researched. These problems are considered by analytical researches and embodied as graphs.
