Substantiation of expediency of application of the divisional structure of management of the enterprises in the conditions of globalization

Abstract: Improvement of activity of the enterprise, taking into account the modern information and technological innovation, require changes in economic filling the internal organizational and economic structure, with the definition of the role and place of individual elements, forms and methods of their interaction. On today, the classical model of management inherent in mostly small companies, large have the organizational structure with a divisional approach, manifested in the allocation of considerable production and business units with the appropriate levels of management, who have a certain degree of independence in decision making and responsibility for obtaining profit. Divisional approach in management decisions more professional opinion of the manufacturer with the consumer, significantly speeding up the reaction to changes in the external environment. The management of the enterprise on the divisional scheme depends on the characteristics of products or services, produces or provides enterprise, from the needs of consumers and of the territory where the enterprise is located It is worth noting that the entry of companies into the international arena leads to the necessity of create divisional structure, the basis of which will be laid globalization approaches. In globally oriented product structure, which is based on the divisional product structure, is the orientation of the company on the international commodity markets, but there is a weakening of coordination between the separate divisions of the company.
