Abstract: Розглядається вдосконалення системи управління підприємством за допомогою адаптивного управління для вирішення задачі підвищення ефективності роботи підприємства в ринкових умовах через вироблення стратегії і тактики бізнесу, додання йому керованого і регульованого характеру.The improvement of the system operation of business with the help of adaptive situational simulation for solution of the task of rise of an effectiveness of firm’s work in market conditions through creation of the strategy and tactics of business, collimating to it of controlled and regulated character is considered.
