Abstract: Виконано аналіз становлення та функціонування обов’язкового особистого страхування від нещасних випадків на транспорті в Україні, виявлено проблеми, що притаманні даному виду обов’язкового страхування, визначені шляхи підвищення ефективності його здійснення.The article executes the analysis of the formation and operation of traffic accidents compulsory personal insurance in Ukraine, revealed the problems inherent to this type of compulsory insurance, identified the ways of improvement the effectiveness of its implementation.
