Abstract: The existing management system of the enterprises of railway transport is analysis in the article, the principles and management methods are considered, lacks, problems and the obstacles, disturbing to successful development of the enterprises of a railway transport are allocated. The necessity of modifying the existing management system and formation of intellectually oriented management of the development of railway transport is proved.
