Audit human capital in managerial system enterprise rail-freight traffic

Abstract: The article offers by the definition of the term «audit of the human capital», outlines the place of audit of the human capital in the system of audit and its features as well as its functions. It also provides the basis for including in the management system of the enterprises of the railway transportation the audit of the human capital which is conditioned by features of object of audit and modern requirement of the enterprises of the railway transportation.
