Abstract: В статті визначені відмінності машинобудівної корпорації від машинобудівного підприємства, досліджується корпоративний контроль фінансово-господарської діяльності з боку власників з метою захисту прав фінансових й не фінансових інвесторів.In article differences of machine-building corporation from machine-building enterprise are defined, corporate control of financial and economic activity is investigated from owners for the purpose of protection of the rights of financial and non-financial investors.
