Abstract: Questions of the condition of the commercial secret are considered In article in system "Ukrzaliznyci", need to codifications, conservations and use to commercial information on enterprise and institutions of the rail-freight traffic, is given recommendations for systematizations of the work in this direction for the reason avoiding the fixing of the economic harm to branches.
