Complex service of passengers how direction of upgrading of transport services

Abstract: In the article the influence of complex maintenance of passengers is lighted up on quality of transport services and experience of the South railway is considered in relation to development for the passengers of requiring payment card of «Complex service», which contains the wide assortment of services.
