Providing of defense of trade secret in the economic security system of economic activity agents

Abstract: The trade secret protection is one of the major components of economic safety of managing subjects. In the article the basic stages of creation of information system safety are analysed, the reasons of leak of the commercial information are classified and opened, ways of maintenance of a trade secret protection to system of economic safety are offered. The attention is focused on the basic problems interfering the organisation of effective system secrets protection.
