Abstract: The article investigates trends in the manifestation of the crisis in Ukraine, identified the main causes of the economic crisis, a threat of default. For the economy emerges from the crisis developed (proposed ) anti-crisis model of economic development of Ukraine, which is the formation of a rigid system of state regulation, which is based on the Eastern-Orthodox-Slavic values, strategic prioritization of modernization of the economy development of high-tech products, called cooperative play bonds, creating new forms of production in the agricultural sector. The ways of investment security crisis program of economic development.
