Abstract: Стаття присвячена теоретичним та практичним аспектам вирішення проблеми мінімізації витрат при формуванні та реалізації комплексу регулюючих заходів з метою зменшення або усунення наслідків негативної дії дестабілізуючих факторів зовнішнього оточення та внутрішньої природи підприємства на результати його діяльності в межах означеного планового горизонту з використанням методів експертних оцінок та імітаційного моделювання.The article is devoted the theoretical and practical aspects of decision of problem of minimization of expenses at forming and realization of complex of regulative influences with the purpose of diminishing or removal of consequences of negative influence of destabilizing factors of external environment and internal nature of enterprise on the results of his activity within the framework of the chosen planned horizon with the use of methods of expert estimations and imitation design.
