Abstract: У статті розглядаються основні визначення сутності конфліктів внутрі організації, методи управління ними та факторі, що впливають на рівень розвитку конфліктів та стресів в організації. Оцінюється вплив внутрішніх факторів розвитку організації на рівень конфліктності та стресовості.In the article the basic definition of the essence in-house conflict management techniques and factors affecting the level of conflict and stress in the organization. The influence of external factors on the development of the organization level of conflict and stress.
