Abstract: В статті проаналізовано сутність зовнішнього державного боргу, оцінку ускладнення економічного стану від зовнішніх державних запозичень, розглянуто базовий трансферт у сфері зовнішніх запозичень та визначено необхідність контролю за процесом ефективного використання запозичених ресурсів і їх спрямування на розвиток виробництва.The paper analyzes the essence of the external public debt, evaluation complications economic condition from external public debt, considered the basic transfert in external borrowing and the need to monitor the process of the effective use of borrowed resources and direction to the development of production.
