Analysis of the methodologies for assessing of human capital in the enterprise

Abstract:
Іn the article urgency of study of the human capital is justified.. Despite the availability of a sufficient number of models and methods ofevaluating the effectiveness of investment in human capital, according to heads of departments of managing workforce of Ukrainian enterprises, today there is no qualitative methodologies ofintegrated assessment of efficiency of investment in human capital, the use of which would not be very difficult to calculate and effective and would not require adding of additional staff positions in specialized departments of enterprises. The author analyzed the works of local and international scientists about research of evaluation of human capital at the present stage of social and economic development. A review of current methodologies for assessing of human capital is made. Some of the main approaches to the assessment of value of human capital are proposed and analyzed.
