Management of operational expenses as the factor of increase of economic efficiency of work of railways

Abstract: In the article expedience of formation of a control system by operational expenses of railways from the point of view of maintenance of economic efficiency of their functioning in modern conditions of managing which are characterised by high degree of instability and increase of influence of the crisis phenomena as in national, and on a global scale is proved.
