Abstract: Осуществлен анализ существующих подходов к организации финансирования молодежной политики предприятий, интегрированных в состав крупных бизнес-структур. Выделены особенности в инвестиционном обеспечении и этапы утверждения бюджета молодежной политики предприятия-актива. Рассмотрено принцип реализации корпоративного волонтерства в стратегическом управлении развитием молодого персонала.The article is analyzes of existing approaches to financing the policy for working with young specialists of the enterprises integrated into the larger business structures. The author considered: features of financing and approval stages of the budget of the policy for working with young specialists of the integrated enterprise; principles use of Local Volunteerism in the policy for working with young specialists.
