Abstract: В статті проведено порівняльний аналіз особливостей ставлення до праці та мотивації трудової діяльності представників різних соціокультурних систем, визначено рівень їх соціокультурної ідентичності, розроблено рекомендації для менеджерів щодо мотиваційного управління представниками різних соціокультурних систем.In this paper, a comparative analysis of the characteristics of attitude toward work and work motivation of employees of different socio-cultural systems, determine the level of their social and cultural identity and developed recommendations for managers about motivational management representatives of different socio-cultural systems.
