Abstract: У статті виявлено причини та наслідки рейдерства в Україні й виділено основні проблеми, які перешкоджають зміцненню фінансової безпеки підприємства та боротьбі із цим негативним явищем.The article identified the causes and consequences of raiding in Ukraine and highlighted the main problems that hinder the strengthening of financial security company and fight against this scourge.
