Abstract: The conceptual device of innovative development is defined and theoretical bases of working out of strategy of innovative development of sea trading ports are formulated. The priority purposes of innovative development of Ukrainian seaports are defined. Features of working out of strategy of innovative development of sea trading ports are allocated.
