Rganization of management of the enterprises of a railway transportation in modern conditions

Abstract: The main purpose of management is to provide the agreed activities and coordination in the work, precise interaction of all units and parts of the management system as a single mechanism, which is especially important for the well-coordinated work of the whole economy of railway transport. The use of advanced and cost-effective technologies, significant growth of production efficiency, bringing technical capacity of the railway transport in accordance with the needs of the national economy, with the implementation of transportation in domestic and international traffic are some of the most important activities of railway transport for the changes taking place now in the world economy. Reliable management the basis of stable work of railway transport. Because of its activities, compared with other industries, is an essential feature, which largely determines the specifics of the whole system of management of the industry. Ukrainian Railways though held on a certain territory, serve the needs of the whole country. Numerous line of the enterprise work and cooperate closely with each other, representing a link of a single transport pipeline. Freight cars circulate throughout the network, regardless of place of registration. This requires strict observance of the train schedule and adjustment tasks, incorporating public interests. Railway transport, as industrial-economic system consisting of various departments (track, rolling, locomotive and other farms and services), which work closely together, uses a variety of materials and resources and integration has properties that are not given to the properties of its individual parts (structural subdivisions), and performs its main role of freight and passengers. Therefore, the economic stability of the railway industry is defined as the ability of the system to react promptly to changes in the internal and external environment. For the growth of competitiveness of rail transport it is necessary to conduct a complex of measures aimed at the evaluation and optimization of interaction of all structural divisions of the industry.
