Management of innovation processes development of railway transport of Ukraine and its social infrastructure

Abstract: The content of concepts «innovation», «innovative process», «innovative capacity», «innovative activity» are specified in the article that allows to substantiate the modern concept of innovation development of rail transport and its infrastructure. Trends of innovation development of railway transport of Ukraine and its social infrastructure are revealed, justified and systematized. Proved the necessity of a new paradigm of management of railway transport innovative activity and the development of its social infrastructure, the main provisions of which should reflect the objective needs of railway transport complex of the latest innovations. The developed innovative strategy is based on the following principles: unity of social and economic development objectives, scientific validity and optimization of solutions, the dominance of the strategic aspects; budgetary balance; complexity, commitment, flexibility and sensitivity.
