Abstract:
In practice of the building companies practically there is no general methodological basis of carrying out of marketing audit of the market of realization building production,which purpose is studying and the analysis of process of formation of market condition of realization of building production and services, and also tendencies of its change for revealing the factors influencing pricing of building production and services therefore in article necessity of carrying out of marketing audit of the market of realization of building production is proved with the purpose of the analysis of the prices for the housing real estate in cities of Ukraine. The necessity of the cluster going is argued near the complex analysis of pricing in building. The methodological going is developed near forming of model of a build cluster, which is the universal instrument of market of realization of products and services of enterprises of a build industry research.
