Theoretical and practical aspects of enterprise risk

Abstract: The article presents the classification of enterprise risk, provided a brief description of each of them. We present a strategy to counter the risks, based on minimizing the cost and resources. It is alleged that financial risk management is the process of predicting and neutralize the negative financial consequences, while justified principles that can solve the problems. Based on the material presented conclusions that without risk there is no business activity, the risk of stimulating the economy, making it dynamic and effective; risk is always associated with the selection of certain alternatives and calculating the probability of their outcome; knowledge of all risk factors to determine their mutual relationship and play a pivotal role in the analysis of optimal decision-making; uncertainty is the most typical cause of risk; in the management of financial risk occupies a special place commercial information; in deciding on risky financial situation the protagonist is a leading range of people with appropriate training, sense of responsibility, an intuitive and logical thinking, conscious tendency to risk confidence in the correctness of his intervention and have full authority for this decision.
