Methods of management strategies financial restructuring

Abstract: This article explores the methods of management strategies used during the financial restructuring of the company; The factors that affect the level of risk when making restructuring; formulated the essential view, the effectiveness of the financial restructuring of the company; parametric specificity of evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of financial restructuring. Determined that the fundamental diagnostics company according to the following components of economic activity as the liquidity of the company, financial stability (solvency), business activity, profitability. For each group of constituents business enterprises registered conducting appropriate tools diagnosis. The financial restructuring of the company can not be done immediately, suddenly, without a deep and comprehensive preliminary work specialists in various fields on the basis of predefined management strategy and a set of reasonable efforts. Increased interest in financial restructuring is quite natural. Since it is considered by many corporate executives, economists, theorists as an effective means to overcome the crisis. Financial restructuring is not only about companies "remain naplavom" as well as the opportunity to strengthen their market position, strengthen competitive advantage [1-5]. However, during the global financial crisis, along with the increased interest in the financial restructuring was a significant reduction in investment activity, exacerbated the problem of funds (equity and debt) to implement the restructuring.
